Please take notice that the 2019 VISOA annual business meeting will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 2:30 pm at Riverbend High School in Fredericksburg, VA.  Elections will be held for President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Regional Representatives for the North and Central Regions will be elected by the members from those regions.  If you have any items for consideration at the business meeting, please send them to David Dunlap at secretary@visoa.org.
